Double incision

Two horizontal incisions along the natural chest fold remove excess tissue and skin, contour the chest wall, and reposition the nipple and areola as a free graft.

Least scarring

Keyhole

A small incision around the lower half of the areola allows tissue removal through liposuction and direct excision, without moving the nipple. No external scar beyond the areola border.

Middle ground

Peri-areolar (donut)

A circular incision around the areola allows the areola to be resized and repositioned while remaining attached to its original tissue, with excess skin and volume removed around it.
