Double incision
Two horizontal incisions along the natural chest fold remove excess tissue and skin, contour the chest wall, and reposition the nipple and areola as a free graft.

Best suited to
Larger chests, lower skin elasticity, or where the flattest possible result is the priority.
Trade-off
A longer, more visible scar along the chest fold; some reduction in nipple sensation is possible.
