Keyhole
A small incision around the lower half of the areola allows tissue removal through liposuction and direct excision, without moving the nipple. No external scar beyond the areola border.
Least scarring
Best suited to
Smaller chests with good skin elasticity that will retract naturally once tissue is removed.
Trade-off
Not suitable for larger chests or significant excess skin — contouring options are more limited.
